Basic Training
This session equips our female soldiers with a solid foundation of leadership skills and personal branding. During basic training, our soldiers will start getting to know their unit to help grow in the most personalized manner.
Women's Task Force Trainings
Men vs women
This session dives into the complexities of navigating relationships with men and women as leaders in the workplace. Uncovering lessons from Dr. John Gray's book, Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus, our task force will develop tools for tackling differences, building relationships, and sharing our own difficult experiences.
assertive Communication
Being assertive is a crucial aspect of effective leadership and communication and requires you to be heard but not aggressive. This session explores the balance and how it can be identified and developed in emerging leaders. You'll learn tools for making a point clearly and calmly, with confidence that will help you achieve your goals, maintain relationships, and build respect.

Everyone has a role to play on the team. This training will have you dig into your own leadership style, equip you with tools for focusing your team so that all arrows are pointing in the same direction, and give you the skills to balance your team’s skillsets to achieve maximum results.
Women's Task Force Trainings
Cultivating Culture
They don’t care what you know unless they know you care. This training develops your skills for building intentional connections, voice and equity among your team, and how to increase your visibility. We will also chat through tactics for diversifying your mindset, overcoming bias, and building team consensus.
Can't we all just get along?
Conflict management & resolution strategies are at the heart of this training. We will dive deeper into consensus building, evaluating emotional intelligence, and discussing specific strategies for deescalating tough conversations.

If we are thriving at work, we feel we are failing at home. If we are thriving at home, we feel we are failing at work. This session dives into tackling organization, time management, and the complexities of being a woman in leadership. We will also dive into the importance of identifying mentors and sponsors and creating a support system that carries you up the ranks.
Final Bootcamp
Think you have what it takes to climb the ranks? The final two-day Bootcamp will test our soldiers with real scenario-based training. This session will also include panel experts that will give feedback to trainees and allow them to earn their final badge. Trainees will also leave with a fresh personal branding package that sets them apart in a competitive market.
barrack bashes
During the span of the series, our trainees have the opportunity to gather once a week socially for our "Barrack Bashes."
During these two-hour networking events, trainees will get the opportunity to network with each other and female leaders across Central Ohio.

Dr. Pamela Noeth is the Senior Director of Curriculum, Instruction, and Innovation, Springfield-Clark Career & Technical Center. Dr. Noeth has 29 years of experience in education and 20 years of administrative experience. Dr. Noeth received her Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from the University of Dayton.

Tonya Ramey is the High School Director at Ohio Hi-Point Career Center. Tonya has 28 years of experience in education and 20 years of administrative experience. She has a passion for growing educational leaders and making mentorship a critical part of leadership development.
